Mission Statement
The executive MBA program "Business Integration" is the result of a continuous and consequent development and improvement of the process- and information-oriented research and academic education at Wuerzburg University. Production, retail and management operations are increasingly evaluated by the efficient and integrated use of their information processing.
This creates a need for employees that have a thorough knowledge in business matters as well as information technology. They usually take on reorganization tasks or challenging development projects and implement new management methods or business processes on the basis of effective information technology tools.
They are responsible for efficiently integrating the production factor "information" in existing organizations or for adapting the organization to the new methods of information processing. They have an interesting, responsible and diversified field of tasks. 		In-depth education in this field demands higher qualifications than can be acquired during the regular course of university studies. Becoming aware of innovative approaches to organizational problems that bring about change is only possible after acquiring one«s own work experience. Such basic conditions are only possible in a study program that is career-oriented and, at the same time, scientifically based. Here, participants have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the very latest developments, after using what they have previously learned for years.
