The executive MBA "Business Integration" course of studies specifically prepares participants specifically for highly qualified supervisory and management tasks that need to be carried out within a framework of constantly changing economic and social conditions. This job-related educational program can be completed while working full-time, leading to the nationally and internationally recognized degree "Master of Business Administration". Long-term valid analysis procedures and methods that integrate specialized knowledge will be taught.
The study program concept pursues new ways to make knowledge available and to broaden the individual's knowledge base by teaching interdisciplinary concepts and developing new ways of thinking for the integration of organization and information (IOI).
The four semester program, designed for students working full-time, is divided into 16 block units. The units with mandatory attendance requirements take place in Tehran and Wuerzburg, Germany.

Experience with past participants has shown this organizational form to be very effective in meeting the needs of working students.
On the one hand, the time-condensed form of the courses with mandatory attendance requirements minimizes the amount of time absent from the company. Travel expenditures for the participants are likewise minimized. On the other hand, the courses with mandatory attendance are long enough to allow for the internalization of fundamentally new information without distractions of day-to-day business.
Moreover, in the interim between the various modules, participants can immediately apply the newly acquired knowledge and methods in their companies right away. The insights gained during the course of studies bring measurable economic benefits to the participants and their employers long before the program has been completed.
Cooperation with innovative private companies and other universities in Germany and abroad is an essential part of the general concept. Upon successful completion of the program, the academic degree "Master of Business Administration" will be awarded.
