The program is designed for university graduates and graduates from universities of applied sciences with appropriate work experience and for companies that want to prepare select employees for the complex requirements of tomorrow. The current work situation of participants is more important than the field they earned their previous degrees in, since learning progress is enhanced through the mutual exchange of ideas within the group and with the lecturers.
