An essential feature of the Wuerzburg study course is the bipolar approach in imparting knowledge, as necessarily required for the integration of organization and information (IOI). The participants are introduced to different ways of approaching organizational problems and then compare these with IT instruments for their realization, with the goal of bringing analysis, solution and procedure directly together under one approach. An "organizational doctor" is inadequate if he can only diagnose; he also needs to be well-versed in therapy.

This is the area where our course of studies differs from other professional training programs and classic management seminars held by commercial providers. While these programs are restricted to only teaching pure theory, business management topics or a one-sided view of information technology, Wuerzburg has developed a new way of thinking with a combined comprehension of things.
